The Italian Table: A Culinary Heritage Journey
Pasqualina and her older brother Carmine were born in Italy and return each year to spend time with their family and reconnect with the places that shaped them. Their visits are not about sightseeing. They are about being present with relatives, sharing meals at familiar tables, walking through towns they have known since childhood, and continuing traditions that have always been part of daily life.
The Italian table has always been the place everything comes together. Stories are told, disagreements soften, laughter fills the room, and recipes are adjusted by instinct as generations gather because that is simply how life has always been lived. Food is never just food. It connects people, keeps them close, and reminds them who they are.
Culinary Genes was created from that foundation.
What is shared with guests comes directly from that lived experience. It is the version of Italy they know personally that reflects a culture centered around gathering, food prepared with care, and conversations that unfold naturally over time. The Italian table has always been the heart of it, not only as a place to eat, but as a place to connect.
By keeping the groups small, there is room for meaningful interaction, thoughtful moments, and relationships that feel genuine. The intention has always been to invite others into that spirit and to share Italy in a way that feels personal, rooted, and deeply human.
