On a warm, sunny day in beautiful Italy, we decided to make a light, healthy and refreshing summer salad. It’s simple, easy to prepare, and will delight you with its fresh flavor. Cucumbers make a great snack on their own and add beautiful color to a dish.
These delicate crisps are sweet and crunchy and without any added sugars. We like mixing apple and banana crisps with our favorite nuts, coconut flakes, and sometimes we add dark chocolate to the mix, or simply eat them as is. Hope this treat hits the spot!
In our family, pasta is loved by all…. Yes, I mean ALL! But as much as we love it, we don’t eat it every day except when in Italy, where we eat fresh homemade pasta quite often mixed with fresh tomato sauce or beautiful vegetables and herbs straight from the garden, giving us the opportunity to get creative with pasta sauces.
