Why am I calling it “Swaying With Garlic”? Well, it seems that when I get nervous I sway, and having a microphone attached to me didn’t help :) The pleasures of stepping out of your comfort zone! Talk about feeling awkward and uncomfortable. All I do is laugh at myself. But, lucky for me, I have an amazing brother with many talents and he was able to minimize some of that swaying in the video.
One of the reasons I started these videos was to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself because I’m more of a “behind the scenes” kind of person. In other words, facing my fears and taking risks without knowing the outcome. You certainly learn things about yourself that you weren’t aware of before, but it also allows you to make mistakes, to learn, and to grow. So the bottom line…. Love what you do, step out of your comfort zone, and watch the magic happen, and don’t forget to have fun and laugh at yourself. Apparently, laughing at yourself boosts your health! Fantastic news!
