Gluten-Free Biscotti & Cherry Picking in Tuscany! Preparing for our June guests!

Yesterday we baked homemade biscotti for some of our gluten-free guests. They are based on a family recipe that Chef Pasqualina converted into a gluten-free alternative. We had many taste testers and everyone loved them!

We also picked beautiful cherries from the farm and we will be making our families delicious cherry marmalade. Nothing like it! The October group will have the opportunity to try these delicacies as well!
