How Do You Want To Begin Your Day?

The way you start your morning can make or break your day and sometimes, getting your morning started off right can be a challenging task. I found that having an espresso and then incorporating some type of movement is what works for me. Find a routine that works for you and be intentional about your mornings. For some it may be to stretch or meditate or writing in a journal, for example. It's different for everyone. And don't forget to eat a healthy breakfast! ๐Ÿ˜Š


Two of my favorite ways to get my day off to a productive start, after my espresso, naturally, is to take a long, brisk walk by the ocean when at home or hiking when in beautiful California, surrounding myself with peace, natural beauty and having some time to set my intentions for the day.
